<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing an optical sheet having high antiglare properties in which the antiglare properties can be evaluated simply. <P>SOLUTION: The method is used for manufacturing the optical sheet which has a functional layer on at least one surface of a transparent base material and diffused elements on the uppermost surface of the functional layer and/or therein, and is used for a surface of a display element which is characterized by controlling manufacturing conditions so as to possess a relation of the following formula (I). The formula (I) satisfies Q/P<0.94, (wherein P is the sum of the intensity of the diffusely transmitted light measured at each degree from -85° to +85° when the optical sheet is irradiated vertically with visible light beams from a side opposite to the observer side of the optical sheet; and Q (positive transmission intensity) is the intensity of the diffusely transmitted light at 0°). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
