<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical pencil writing body wherein the high dimensional accuracy is not needed in the manufacture and the increase of the manufacture cost is prevented, a writing implement provided with the same and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the case there is possibility that the length of a mechanical pencil writing body 1 in the axial direction becomes longer than a prescribed length, the immersing amount D of an engage projecting part 4A to a core case cylinder 2 is made larger and the core case cylinder is punched at a punching position P to fix a tail valve 4 to the core case cylinder 2, thereby solving the error of the length of the mechanical pencil writing body 1. In the contrary, in the case there is possibility that the length of the mechanical pencil writing body 1 in the axial direction becomes shorter than the prescribed length, the immersing amount D of an engage projecting part 4A to the core case cylinder 2 is made smaller and a punching work is performed at a punching position P in this state to fix the tail valve 4 to the core case cylinder 2, thereby solving the error of the length of the mechanical pencil writing body 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
