<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator having a conductive structure enabling miniaturization of a lens barrel, a lens barrel, and optical equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration actuator includes an electromechanical transducer 8 having a ring-shaped surface 8b, a vibrator 6 which is disposed on the ring-shaped surface 8b and has an outer periphery 6a shaped along the ring shape, and a flexible wiring board 10 having a first portion 10a disposed along a surface 8a opposite to the surface 8b on which the vibrator 6 of the electromechanical transducer 8 is disposed and a second portion 10c projecting from the outer periphery 6a of the vibrator 6 and having an electrode 32c at the second portion 10c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
