<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack having high dimensional accuracy and high mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: In covering a battery 20 and a protection circuit board 2 with an armoring material 3, a rectangular resin frame member F for enclosing the battery 20 and the protection circuit board 2 is formed around them and a laminate film 17 which serves as an envelope of the battery 20 and the frame member F are bonded by resin to form the armoring material 3. The battery 20 and the protection circuit board 2 are enclosed by the rectangular frame member F. The frame member F and the laminate film 17 as the envelope of the battery 20 are bonded by the resin in at least one position. After that, using a molding die 6, an assembly of the battery 20, the protection circuit board 2 and the frame member F is molded to form the armoring material 3. Thus, battery pack 1 in which the battery 20, the protection circuit board 2 and the frame member F are covered with the armoring material 3 is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
