PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide organic photoreceptor capable of preventing an inverted black dot and an irregular image from being generated, in an electrophotographic image of forming a highly dense electrostatic latent image on the organic photoreceptor by exposure of a light having a wavelength within a range of 350-500 nm, and capable of improving sensitivity, a characteristic of a residual potential, dot reproducibility, deterioration of a half-tone image, or the like, and an image forming method, and an image forming device using the organic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In this organic photoreceptor formed, on an electrically conductive support, with at least an intermediate layer, a charge generation layer, a charge transport layer and a protective layer sequentially in this order, the protective layer contains 5 mass% or more to 30 mass% or less of inorganic fine particles, and a skewness (Rsk) of a cross-sectional curve of the conductive support is within a range of -8<Rsk<0.
