PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door sash structure (cross section shape) provided with strength in good balance while attaining thin thickness and light weight in the extrusion-molded vehicle door sash provided with a bag-like part positioned at an indoor side and an outdoor side extension wall extending from the bag-like part to an outdoor side. SOLUTION: In the extrusion-molded vehicle door sash, out of a pair of walls at a vehicle body side and a window glass side constituting the bag-like part, the wall at the vehicle body side is made a linear wall. At least a part of the wall at the indoor side and the wall at the outdoor side of the pair of inner and outer walls constituting the bag-like part is made thicker than the pair of walls at the vehicle body side and the window glass side.
