PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining seat wherein the operation of raising a pillow frame can be smoothly performed. SOLUTION: Since an engaging shaft 4 is fixed to a back frame 4 and is not swung relative to the back frame 4, the need of a movable part for swinging the engaging shaft 4d relative to the back frame 4 is eliminated. Thus, resistance generated from the movable part is eliminated and force required for swinging the pillow frame 3 forward from a body 1 is reduced.
