PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shearing device capable of maintaining the temperature of a blade and a frame fixing the blades nearly constant regardless of the temperature of a room where the shearing device is installed. SOLUTION: The shearing device includes a first blade directed to a first face side of a sheet to be cut, a first blade-fixing block for fixing the first blade, a second blade directed to the second face side of the sheet, a second blade-fixing block for fixing the second blade, a driving means for driving one of the first and second blade-fixing blocks to the direction approaching the other and cutting the sheet by applying shear stress to the sheet, a heating medium circulation passage in which part of the passage goes through the inside of the first and second blade-fixing blocks and a heating medium is capable of circulating, a temperature regulating means for the heating medium regulating the temperature of the heating medium in the inside of the heating medium circulation passage, and a temperature control means for controlling the temperature regulating means for the heating medium so as to maintain the temperature of the first and second blades nearly constant.
