PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus equipped with an electrolytic capacitor which attaches firmly a covering means which covers airtightly the evaporation gas of an electrolyte to a case. SOLUTION: An electric apparatus 20 includes an electric circuit 21 having circuit components, a case 3 being provided in the electric circuit 21 as the circuit component, while housing a capacitor 1a containing the electrolyte airtightly, being provided with a safety valve 6 which spouts the evaporation gas of the electrolyte, when the internal pressure becomes larger than or equal to a predetermined value, and an electrolytic capacitor 1 including a covering means 10 which covers at least an upper face and a side surrounding face including the safety valve 6 of the case 3, and at the same time, having an opening 11, the periphery of the opening 11 being fixingly adhered to the bottom face side of the case 3.
