PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device for an amphibious vehicle capable of reducing marine resistance and adjusting vehicle height on a ground by pulling up the suspension by the minimum oil pressure without influencing on volume of an accumulator. SOLUTION: The suspension device for the amphibious vehicle includes a suspension cylinder 6 having a piston rod 31 and a piston 29 for dividing the inside a cylinder 24 to first and second oil chambers 27, 28; a first solenoid valve 120 connected to a space between the first and second oil chambers 27, 28 through a first communication passage 38a at the first oil chamber 27 side and a second communication passage 38b at the second oil chamber 28 side; an accumulator 101 connected to the first communication passage 38a; an on-load valve 123 for switching feeding of the oil pressure; a second solenoid valve 121 connected to the on-load valve 123 and the second communication passage 38b; and a third solenoid valve 122 connected to a space between the first communication passage and the oil tank.
