PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine provided with many game components while suppressing a space required for installation of grounding members. SOLUTION: The game machine includes: a conductive second grounding member provided at a back unit 35 to contact a first grounding member when fitting a game board in an inner frame; and a conductive third grounding member 88 facing an opening 41 of a transparent resin board 34 and electrically connected to the second grounding member. At least one game component out of game components, arranged in mutually adjacent positions in a direction parallel with the surface of the transparent resin board, has a conductive part K with conductivity and contacts the other game component at the conductive part K. The one game component contacts the third grounding member 88 at the conductive part K when mounted to the opening 41 of the transparent resin board 34.
