PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesion of a marine organism to an air blow-out port of a hull as well as to suppress power consumption for it in a hull frictional resistance reduction device. SOLUTION: Blow-out chambers 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d, 13e having air blow-out ports 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e are fixed on the ship bottom part 12 of the hull 11. An air supply path for supplying the air to the blow-out chambers 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d, 13e is connected to an ocean organism adhesion prevention liquid supplying path for supplying ocean organism adhesion prevention liquid to the blow-out chambers 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d, 13e, and open/close valves 23, 34 are provided in the respective paths.
