PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shade apparatus for a vehicle capable of suppressing the generation of abnormal noise during the opening/closing operation of a plurality of shade panels. SOLUTION: The shade apparatus includes: engagement members 4, 5 erected on one set of first shade panels 15, 17 located on the relatively closing direction side and second shade panels 16, 18 adjacent to the first shade panels 15, 17 and located at the relatively opening direction side out of a plurality of shade panels; and an elastic body 3 having a fixing portion 31c erected at the other set of shade panels out of the first shade panels 15, 17 and the second shade panels 16, 18, and fixed to the other shade panels, and a deformable portion 31d extending from the fixing portion with the predetermined length and having abutting surfaces 35, 36 abutted on the engagement members 4, 5 in the opening/closing direction.
