<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device appropriately discriminating crank angle without wrong decision even if rotation speed of a crankshaft suddenly changes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This control device discriminates crank angle based on input pulse from an electromagnetic pick up sensor detecting tooth parts of a rotor having a plurality of tooth parts formed on a circumference with prescribed intervals and rotating with synchronized with rotation of a crankshaft. The control device includes a signal input part inputting two system input pulses corresponding to two rotors of a rotor 1 having tooth parts 3 of the number of teeth n (n is an integer) formed with even intervals and rotating with synchronized with rotation of the crankshaft and a rotor 2 having tooth parts 4 of the number of teeth n-1 formed with even intervals, and a crank angle discrimination part discriminating crank angle based on phase difference of the two system input pulse input to the signal input part.
