<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system of an energy saving type having a simple configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The air conditioning system equipped with the heat pump unit is equipped with the heat pump unit 1 equipped with a compressor 3, two heat exchanger A, B having a refrigerant flowing through a tube and air flowing over fin surfaces outside the tube, and an expansion valve 5 and a four-way valve 4 disposed between the two heat exchangers, and alternately switching each of the two heat exchangers between an adsorption mode of adsorbing moisture of outside air and a desorption mode of an adsorbent by operating the four-way valve, an indirect evaporative cooler 2 cooling dehumidified air discharged from an adsorption mode side of one of the heat exchangers, and changeover valves 10, 11 changing between supply of the dehumidified air discharged from the adsorption mode of the heat exchangers to the indirect evaporative cooler and exhaust of the outside air discharged from a desorption mode side of the heat exchangers to the atmosphere. It is configured such that the changeover valve is linked with the four-way valve of the heat pump unit, and the dehumidified outside air is supplied from the heat exchangers to the indirect evaporative cooler during the adsorption mode.
