<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the looseness of a connection member between an armature shaft and a worm shaft in the axial direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Three presser projections 73f, which press an armature shaft 24 and a worm shaft 43 in an axial direction for separation, are provided between an armature shaft side connection member 60 provided to one end side of the armature shaft 24 and a worm shaft side connection member 70 provided to the other end side of the worm shaft 43. The connection members 60 and 70 can be provided between the armature shaft 24 and the worm shaft 43 in such condition as elastic forces F (reaction force f) of presser projections 73f cause the separation of them. Thus, the connection members 60 and 70 can be provided with no looseness relative to the armature shaft 24 and the worm shaft 43, preventing occurrence of noises and early degradation of connection members 60 and 70.
