摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that makes a player conscious of the game procedure of various game conditions without providing the player with prize balls than necessary but yet motivates the player to continue the game. SOLUTION: If a game ball enters a prize winning gate, a normal pattern is chosen. If a jackpot is won as a result of the lottery of the normal pattern, a second start aperture is left open for a predetermined length of time. If a game ball enters the first and second start apertures, a specific pattern is drawn. If a small prize is won as a result of the lottery of the specific pattern, the varying of an opening-state is set. The time required to draw a normal pattern in a regular game condition is ten seconds, and the time for which the second start aperture 10 is open is one second. The time required to draw a normal pattern in the varying of the open-state is five seconds. The time for which the second aperture 10 is open is 0.5 second. If a small prize is won, the time for which the normal pattern varies and the time for which the second start aperture is open are shortened compared to those in the regular game condition.
