PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feed device in which communication between the power feed device and a vehicle is made possible even if a voltage of an accumulation device mounted to the vehicle is lowered or becomes zero, and charging can be started, and the vehicle. SOLUTION: The power feed device 200 controls the feed of power by communicating with the vehicle. The power feed device 200 includes a button 214 which starts to forcibly feed AC power when the communication is not performed even if a charging cable 300 is connected to the vehicle 100, and also includes a constitution which feeds the AC power only for a certain period of time after the button 214 is depressed, maintains the feed of the power if authentication with the vehicle 100 is established, and stops the feed of the power if the authentication is not established.
