Alight-adjusting type solar power-generating module optical layer (4)has an optical input face (11) and optical output face (12)and is arranged facingsolar battery cells (6) that convert light to electrical energy.A large number of prism-type optical elements are formed onthe optical input face (11) and/or optical output face (12). These respective prism-type optical elementsare provided on a shared plane (S1) that is defined by a shared bottom edge shared by mutually adjacent prism-type optical elements. The prism axes (7) of some of the respective prism-type optical elements are inclined on one side with respect to a surface perpendicular to the shared plane. The prism axes (7') of at least some of the other respective prism-type optical elements are inclined on the other side with respect to a surface perpendicular to the shared plane (S1).</p>
