PURPOSE: A method for cooking meat by putting the meet inside a bamboo cylinder and roasting the meet over a charcoal fire is provided to improve taste of the met by making unique flavor and taste of the bamboo absorbed to the meet. CONSTITUTION: A method for cooking meat comprises: making a lid and a container by longitudinally cutting a bamboo cylinder; putting the meat into the container; covering the container with the lid; compressing and sealing the container with foil; and cooking the meet over a charcoal fire. The bamboo cylinder is cut in 2/3 point of a diameter length of the bamboo cylinder. The fishy taste of the meat is eliminated using bamboo leaf powder.
