Disclosed is a siloxane resin composition with excellent pattern workability and which, by means of UV curing and thermal curing, yields a cured film with high hardness and excellent abrasion resistance. This siloxane resin composition is characterized by including a compound which has (A) polysiloxane having a carboxyl group and a radical polymerizable group, (B) a photo-radical polymerization initiator, and (C) a radical polymerizable group, and which does not include a Si-O-Si bond.
