PURPOSE: A plasma display apparatus and a driving method thereof are provided to suppress the deterioration of the display quality of an image by reducing the gain of video data. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display apparatus comprises a scan electrode, a sustain electrode, and an address electrode. Image data of the pattern is inputted for a given period of time(P). The gain of video data maintains for the waiting time. The gain of video data diminishes. |
