PURPOSE: A curtain airbag device is provided to damage to an air-conditioner cushion by increasing volume through a pocket part of three-dimensional shape and absorbing the initial pressure of an inflator. CONSTITUTION: A curtain airbag device comprises an inflator(20), an air bag cushion(10), and a gas transferring part(100). The inflator receives a vehicle collision signal and spouts a high pressure gas. The high pressure gas spouting from the inflator flows into the air bag cushion and the folded air bag cushion is drastically inflated. One end of the gas transferring part is connected to the inflator and the other end of the gas transferring part is positioned inside the air bag cushion to improve the deployment performance of the air bag cushion. |
