PURPOSE: A satellite broadcasting receiving system is provided to offer a satellite broadcast restrictively by managing at least one satellite broadcasting receiving device arranged in a corresponding place generally. CONSTITUTION: At least one satellite broadcasting receiving device(102) includes an image processing unit. The image processing unit performs image processing of an Europe satellite signal and a Chinese satellite signal. At least one satellite broadcasting receiving device is separated with an Europe satellite broadcasting standard module and a Chinese satellite broadcasting standard module. A satellite signal management unit(108) operates selectively the Europe satellite signal and the Chinese satellite signal with management of at least one satellite broadcasting receiving device.
