PURPOSE: A portable terminal having a zigbee module is provided to confirm the position of the portable terminal through a zigbee by including a zigbee module transmitting an ID signal to a battery pack. CONSTITUTION: A zigbee module(320) is built in a battery pack of a portable terminal, and is connected to a PCM(Protection Circuit Module)(310). The zigbee module receives charged power through the PCM, and transmits an ID signal through an antenna(330) at a predetermined cycle(T). When the battery pack is separated from the portable terminal, a separation sensing unit(315) senses the separation of the battery pack. The separation sensing unit outputs a separation state signal.
