PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing hygiene Anthocyanine concentrate from black soybean using citric acid is provided to shorten isolation process by skipping column chromatography. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing hygiene Anthocyanine concentrate liquid from black soybean comprises: a screening black soybean in a clean room; a step of isolating black soybean spornioderm; a step of preparing fresh black bean spornioderm; a step of mixing citric acid and black soybean spornioderm; a step of obtaining hygiene Anthocyanine concentrate; and a step of measuring and packing the hygiene Anthocyanine concentrate liquid.
