PURPOSE: A tunnel upper part reinforcement method using an anchor assembly using an anchor assembly is provided to facilitate secure installation and enable the ground reinforcement by coupling a support frame on a tightening unit. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel upper part reinforcement method using an anchor assembly using an anchor assembly(10) comprises following steps. A hole(500) is bored from the ground to the upper part of the tunnel. A nail(20) including a nail body(21) and an insertion unit(30) and an anchor body(15) including a tooth corn(40) freely drop to the inner side of the hole. A ground pressure plate(70), an elastic ground pressure plate(80), and a tightening unit(160) are successively united with the nail body. The coupling hole of the tightening unit is coupled with the coupling rod so that the elastic ground pressure plate elastically supports the ground pressure plate and the tightening unit.
