摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjustment mechanism for an eccentric shaft disposed in a compact and low cost screw type filtration dehydrator that exhibits a stable dehydration capacity by virtue of a prolonged function of restoring its filtration gaps without frequently changing its movable plates, is excellent in maintainability, and has a long life. <P>SOLUTION: The screw-type filtration dehydrator is constructed in the following manner. A front end opening of a cylindrical filter 1 is provided as a sludge feed port 3 and a terminal end opening thereof is provided as a discharge port 12 for discharging dehydrated cake. A screw conveyor 5 is fitted into the center hole 4 of the cylindrical filter 1. A plurality of movable plates 1KA are each made to have an inner diameter greater than the outer diameter of the conveyer 5. In the section of the cylindrical filter 1 wherein the plurality of movable plates 1KA are disposed without contacting the outer diameter of the conveyer 5, an eccentric shaft 11 is protrudingly disposed on the inner end face of a planetary gear 9 which engages with an inner gear 7 and is rotatably attached to a bearing 10 through an oblong attachment hole 8H formed in a pressure adjustment valve 8 so as to pass through a plurality of notches 5H formed on the flight of the conveyer 5 disposed in the cylindrical filter 1 and to rotate while revolving in the cylindrical filter 1, with the bearing 10 attached onto the outer end face of the pressure adjustment valve 8 in a manner adjustable in the radial direction thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
