<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid supply system by which the inner wall of a main pipe line is scraped and cleaned by a pig for the main pipe line and whose maintenance cost is low. <P>SOLUTION: The inside of the main pipe line 10 is cleaned by closing a branched part take-out opening valve 41, opening a launcher side valve 21 and a catcher side valve 31, opening a cleaning liquid injection valve 51 to inject the cleaning liquid to the main pipe line 10, pushing back the pig in a pig catcher to a the pig launcher pipe direction by the cleaning liquid pressure and after making the pressure of the main pipe line zero, pressurizing the cleaning liquid in the main pipe line 10 and pushing out the pig in the pig launcher pipe 2 to the pig catcher pipe 3 direction by the cleaning liquid pressure. Since the coating liquid scum stuck on the inner wall of the main pipe line is scraped and cleaned when the main pipe line pig 6 moves in the main pipe line 10, it is not necessary to make the request of the cleaning to a contractor and the maintenance cost is made low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
