<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the return current from flowing, through diodes connected in parallel with main switching elements or parasitic diodes of the main switching elements. <P>SOLUTION: A serial circuit consisting of MOSFETs 11, 21 and saturable inductors 12, 22 is connected in parallel, with main switch elements 19, 29 of the high side and the low side. Capacitors 16, 26 are connected in parallel with the MOSFETs, and second diodes 13, 23 are connected between the gates of the MOSFETs 11, 21 and the terminals opposite to the terminals of the saturable inductors 12, 22 where the MOSFETs 11, 21 are connected. Short-circuit switching elements 14, 24 are connected in parallel with the second diodes 13, 23, and control electrodes for the short-circuit switching elements 14, 24 are connected to the connecting points of the MOSFETs 11, 21 and the saturable inductors 12, 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
