摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visible light responsive photocatalyst composite having high decomposition efficiency for a material to be treated, and to provide an apparatus and method for treating water using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The visible light responsive photocatalyst composite is constituted by stacking a plurality of sheets of a visible light responsive photocatalyst formed of a layer containing a p-type organic semiconductor and an n-type organic semiconductor onto an absorbent layer. The apparatus for treating water comprises the visible light responsive photocatalyst composite and a light source. The method for treating water includes streaming water to be treated through between the respective stacked visible light responsive catalysts to decompose organic or inorganic substances contained in the water to be treated while irradiating the visible light responsive catalyst composite with light by the light source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
