<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure of a vehicle which can make a door opening locus compact and which can achieve cost reduction with a simple structure without requiring strict accuracy management. <P>SOLUTION: The door structure of a vehicle has a door upper part 2 and a door lower part 1, which is provided as a separate unit from the door upper part 2. The door upper part 2 is supported rotatably at its top end to a vehicle body 3. The door lower part 1 includes upper locks 21, which are provided so as to be slidable upward to the door upper part 2 to lock the door upper part 2 to the vehicle body 3, and an upper lock operation part 23 for releasing the locked state of the upper locks 21.
