PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor improving reliability and safety as a distribution system by achieving compatibility between the prevention of the deterioration in the distribution quality of content as a distribution system and the effective improvement in distribution quality.

SOLUTION: In each of a plurality of nodes in a distribution system configured by connecting a plurality of nodes like a hierarchical tree wherein content is distributed to any one of the nodes, a recovery operation threshold L_th(n) or C_th(n) as the threshold of the start of a quality recovery operation is autonomously controlled based on the number of times of occurrence of the quality recovery operation per unit time.
