PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane excellent in preservation stability, and quality stability even at high temperature in transportation, especially a permselective hollow fiber membrane suitable for a blood purifier. SOLUTION: The hollow fiber membrane has an inner diameter of 100-300 μm, a thickness of 10-60 μm, and a porosity ratio of 50-90%, and is excellent in thermostability wherein a water permeability retention rate after sealing the hollow fiber membrane in an aluminum bag and leaving the membrane for 20hr at 80°C is within 100±10%.
