<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for first print processing after plate attachment processing in a perfecting stencil printer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control part 13 supplies two sheets of paper sequentially from a paper supply section 4 in first print processing after plate attachment processing, prints on one side of the first sheet of paper by a first printing part 5, reverses the front/rear of the first sheet of paper printed on one side, by a reversing part 6 to place the first sheet of paper with the printed side facing down on a storage part 7, then carries the first sheet of paper out of the storage part 7 by a carry-out part 81, allows the first sheet of paper to pass through a second printing part 10 without being printed, places the first sheet of paper with the printed surface facing down on a paper delivery table 112 by a delivery part 111, allows a second sheet of paper to pass through the first printing part 5 without being printed, prints on one side by the second printing part 10, and places the second sheet of paper printed on one side, with the printed surface facing up, on the first sheet of paper placed on the paper delivery table 112 by the delivery part 111.
