<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium on and from which digital moving image information is recordable/reproducible, and to provide an information reproducing method, an information recording method, and an information reproducing device using the medium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the information storage medium, cell time information includes a time code table relating to a video object. The same place in the video object is redundantly reproducible between different cells of different PGCs. An address unit managed in control information is different from an AV address unit defined in an AV file. Information regarding a period of time required for cell reproduction is included in an area different from the time code table. The cell time information includes information regarding the number of specific units managed on the time code table, and the time code table includes information on the number of specific blocks or block number information in the video object, and time information regarding reproduction of each specific unit.
