Provided is a system and method for increasing a patient's satisfaction with a care facility. The system includes a computer terminal, user interface, and network, which may improve bed-ridden patients' convalescence experiences by providing them with educational and informational materials, communication capabilities, and entertainment materials. The system also may provide feedback to the care facility by collecting data from the patients. The computer terminal may be mounted onto a patient's bedrail using an adjustable mount, examples of which are disclosed herein.
