<p>The invention relates to medicine. The method for a non-invasive electrophysiological study of the heart involves determining, on the basis of a set of surface electrocardiograms for each discrete time point in the cardiac cycle, the values of the electric field potential of the heart at the ECG recording points and calculating by interpolation the values of the electric field potential at each point of the thoracic cage surface. The boundaries of the thoracic cage surfaces and the epicardial surface of the heart are calculated according to computer tomography or magnetic resonance tomography. The electric field potential is then harmonically extended through the entire area of the thoracic cage up to the epicardial surface of the heart by calculation on the basis of the Cauchy problem for Laplace's equation in a homogeneous medium. The required electrograms are reconstructed by interpolation according to the potential values obtained at specified internal points of the thoracic cage. On the basis of the reconstructed electrograms, isopotential isochronous maps are built on realistic models of the heart, the dynamics of the stimulation of the of myocardium are reconstructed and a diagnosis of the electrophysiological processes in the heart muscle is made</p> |
