PURPOSE: A traffic control system and a method thereof are provided to directly control the movement of students by installing a robot with a walk signal lamp in a line. CONSTITUTION: A robot body is arranged in one side of a crosswalk. The robot body comprises at least one driving part(50). A flag part is extended to the driving part of the robot body. A camera part comprises a wide angle lens. The camera part senses the movement of a pedestrian or a vehicle. An acoustic guide part guides to a pedestrian through an acoustic sound. A sensor part senses a pedestrian. A signal determining part(10) decides the stop signal and crossing signal of a pedestrian. |
