PURPOSE: Health food of puffed grains is provided to improve beneficial components of the puffed grains without using oil components such as fatty, and to easily and simply carry the health food in anywhere by adsorbing medicinal herb components to the grains or dried fish. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of health food of puffed grains includes a step for drying and absorbing extract liquid of nutritional components on ingredients, and a step for puffing the dried ingredients in a grain puffing machine. The dried components are grains, powder, potatoes, sweet potatoes, or dried slices of codfish etc. The extract is made of medicinal herb components, apple, pear, Cinnamomi Cortex, or vegetables etc.
