<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition imparting heat resistance and flexibility to a molded article, and a molded article having heat resistance and flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition includes a thermoplastic aromatic ether aromatic ester resin and a crosslinker reacting upon irradiation with an ionizing radiation. The crosslinker is preferably any one of triallyl isocyanurate, trimethallyl isocyanurate, and epoxyacrylate.
