摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving voltage output circuit of a display panel capable of improving an operation speed. <P>SOLUTION: Each of low voltage side and high voltage side voltage followers of source drivers includes a differential input stage, a control stage, and an output stage. The control stage is supplied with first potential of non-inverted input and second potential of inverted input of the differential input stage of first and second transistors, has third and fourth transistors of mutually different channels push-pull-connected between a supply terminal of high voltage side power supply potential and a supply terminal of low voltage side power supply potential, supplies the first potential to a control end of the third transistor, and supplies third potential corresponding to a difference between the first potential and the second potential to a control end of the fourth transistor to output control potential from a connection point of controlled ends of the third and fourth transistors. The output stage includes fifth and sixth transistors of the same channel connected in series, supplies the first potential to the control end of the fifth transistor, supplies the control potential to the control end of the sixth transistor, and the connection point of the controlled ends of the fifth and sixth transistors is an output terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
