<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for vacuum forming, which prevents air mixing by the unevenness of the back of a three-dimensionally coated molding and is excellent in heat-resistant appearance properties etc. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet 1 for vacuum forming has an adhesive layer (2) on the lower surface of a surface layer film (1) with embossing applied to a surface layer. The surface layer film (1) is, for example, an acrylic resin film (A). The adhesive layer (2) is prepared by blending polyisocyanate in 1.5-2.5 equivalents with a specified thermoplastic saturated copolymerized polyester resin and curing the polyisocyanate and has at least one groove in a surface 100 opposite to a surface adherent to the surface layer film (1). The groove is present only on the inside of the opposite surface of the adhesive layer and does not lead to the side of the adhesive layer, and the groove which leads to a side on the opposite surface is provided further. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
