<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for a double-sided contact controlling a projection amount of a conductive thin wire from an elastomer in burying the conductive thin wire into the elastomer, and can hold the conductive thin wire in a vertical direction without inclining with respect to the elastomer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The connector for a double-sided contact includes a rigid insulated substrate 1 having through-holes 2, 3 formed in a thickness direction, the conductive thin wire 4 inserted into the through-hole 2 and of which both end parts 4a, 4b respectively project outward from both surfaces of the insulated substrate 1, the elastic elastomer 5 fixed on the insulated substrate and projecting outward from both of the surfaces of the insulated substrate 1, and electrical contacts 8 electrically connected to both end parts 4a, 4b of the conductive thin wire 4 respectively and arranged on projection parts 11 of the elastomer 5.
