<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long term stable product excellent for cosmetics, cares and/or treatments overcoming conventional defects using an effective new material instead of whole or parts of conventional waxes and bulking agents having some defects which have been ever used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides a composition including at least one copolymer including (a) at least one compound having at least one ester group, (b) at least one silicone and (c) at least one backbone and at least one chain, wherein at least one of the backbone and at least one of the chain are selected from silicones, and a method for use by application of the composition to keratinous materials (i.e. skin including lips and hairs including eyelashes and eyebrows).
