<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine facility capable of controlling an exhaust gas temperature at a set value or higher without lowering heat efficiency as much as possible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A combined power generation plant includes: an exhaust heat recovery boiler 11 which evaporates water using an exhaust gas 30 from a gas turbine and collects the generated water vapor in a drum 13; a steam pipe 31 which is connected to the drum of the exhaust heat recovery boiler and supplies the water steam to a heat medium utilization facility; a steam control valve 24 which is disposed in the steam pipe 31 and controls an amount of the water steam supplied to the heat medium utilization facility; an exhaust gas temperature detection device 12 which detects a temperature of the exhaust gas at an outlet of the exhaust heat recovery boiler; and a control device 17 which raises pressure in the drum using the steam control valve such that the temperature detected by the exhaust gas temperature detection device 12 is maintained at a set temperature T1 or higher.
