<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a vehicle capable of reducing overturning amount of a rocker during a side collision of the vehicle and entering amount of a center pillar to the vehicle inside. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A tunnel 2 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction is provided in a vehicle width direction center part in a floor panel 1. The rocker 3 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction is provided in a vehicle width direction side part of the floor panel 1. A floor cross member 4 is laid between the tunnel 2 and the rocker 3. The floor cross member 4 includes a first floor cross member 11 and a second floor cross member 12. In a fitting part 13 of the floor cross members 11 and 12, a fragile portion F is formed.
