<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water heater reducing operation loss in installation work, improving work efficiency, and securing safety. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hot water heater includes a power source plate 41 equipped within a heat exchange unit 20, an electrical part 40 divided from a water circuit by the power source plate 41, an operation part 42 arranged before the electrical part 40 divided from the water circuit, and a metal fitting 44 for mounting the operation part.
