<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label transfer system that stably transfers a label to the belt of the system even if the transfer speed of the belt of the label transfer system is higher than the label issuing speed (printing speed) of the label issuing part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The label transfer system A attaches a label L, issued by a label issuing part B, to an endlessly rotating rotary belt 3 and transfers it to a predetermined position. In the label transfer system A, the rotary belt 3 is extended between shafts disposed in a position near the label issuing part B and in a position downstream of the former position in the direction of label transfer and near the predetermined position. A rotation wheel 8 with an outside diameter, which projects outside from the surface of the rotary belt 3, is freely rotatably fitted around the same shaft as a shaft 2 disposed near the label issuing part.
