PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for restoring a first mobile terminal to an original state by forcibly releasing the first mobile terminal from a telephone number switching service when a second mobile terminal being provided with a mobile communication service by information of the first mobile terminal is located in a shadow zone for more than a fixed time. SOLUTION: Provided is the terminal restoring method in which a telephone number switched state of the first mobile terminal is canceled when a state where the strength of power of a common pilot channel received from a second mobile terminal is below a threshold is continued more than a threshold time. Furthermore, the telephone number switched state of the first mobile terminal is canceled when the number of intervals, during which the strength of the power of the common pilot channel received from the second mobile terminal is below a threshold, is more than a threshold number within a predetermined unit time. Further, the first mobile terminal is restored by being released from the telephone number switched state when the first mobile terminal is located in a serviced zone and the second mobile terminal is located in a shadow zone.
